Request for Proposals

A Request for Proposals was issued seeking "proposals from entities (businesses, corporations, firms or other legal entities) interested in leasing or otherwise obtaining a right to use two fiber optic cable (one pair) from the Consortia along some portion of (or all portions of) one or more routes controlled by the Consortia. By means of reviewing the proposals and, if determined to be appropriate, by entering into negotiations with one or more qualified responding entities, the Consortia seek to make advanced telecommunications services available to Consortia area citizens, businesses and governmental entities."

Responses are due no later than:
4:30 p.m. December 8, 2006
Two written copies of the Response must be submitted.
